Hunger Games: Effie Trinket

This is my second attempt at human features lol I'm more of a cartoon gal, but I'm trying to practice enough to get decent at it!
I sketched Effie with a #2B and 4B drawing pencil. She took me a total of 2 and a half hours. I absolutely love the Hunger Games and loved Effie's eccentric outfits and look in the movie so I thought it would be fun to attempt her. All in all I'm pretty proud of her! Hope you like it
